Technically, the site utilizes a unique "jar" of JAVA Applets that control a dynamic menu system which calls up new requested pages throughout the site. Unlike "flash" flat 2-D animation menus, the menubars look is rich and more photographic, while maintaining fast, dynamic energy and interest.
